HOW TO PAY
We currently use Paypal as our main payment option. We use this as it allows our customers to use all credit, debit cards or thier paypal account to safely & securely pay for your item(s). You do not need a Paypal account to proceed with your order.
We have 4 UK delivery services available & 1 Europe service:
1) STANDARD UK DELIVERY
We currently offer a free UK postage service via Royal Mail on orders over £25.00, any orders under this value the flat rate delivery charge is just £2.95 which takes
approximately 2-5 working days.
2) ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS - £3.25
Royal mail aims to deliver first class parcels within 1-2 working days
3) ROYAL MAIL TRACKED - £5.95
Royal mail tracked allows you to check the latest delivery information on your order. We will send you a 13 digit tracking code, use this on ROYAL MAIL website.
4) ROYAL MAIL EXPRESS DELIVERY - £7.95
When you need an item in a hurry this is the service for you, guarenteed next day delivery if ordered before 1pm. Please note this is not suitable for personalised gifts. If you
order your item on a Friday, this will be delivered on a Monday - this service is not available at weekends.
5) EUROPE - STANDARD DELIVERY - £8.95
Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. In some circumstances if your order exceeds the weight for this service, we
will contact you to discuss the additional fees.

DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
Within the check-out process of your order, you have the option to select a different delivery address, which we are happy to send your item too.
GIFT WRAP SERVICE
We are in the process of setting up our gift wrap service. We have previous done this, and it was very successful! As you will apreciate not all items are available for this service. If you have a particular request, please feel free to contact us we will always try to accomodate.
We always want to make sure you and all of our customers are super happy with their order. However if you are not entirely happy wih your order please contact us to arrange a return. Please ensure that the item is returned in an unused condition with tags & packaging still intact. You have 14 days from the date you have received the goods to inform us that you wish to return the goods, and then an additional 14 days from when you have informed us to return the goods to us.
Please also note we are unable to accept refunds on personalised goods. As you will understand these items are carefully handmade for you, with a lot of time and attention. Do contact us if you feel your item is faulty or you find there is a problem.
